For years she has had success in treating patients with various conditions. She utilises a combination of techniques in her treatments. This can include soft tissue therapy-massage, trigger point dry needling, cupping therapy, activator, blocks, electrotherapy, sports taping, diversified joint mobilization techniques, joint manipulation, exercise prescription and rehabilitation.

Dr. Hatem Sarkis is a qualified Clinical Pilates and Yoga Instructor. She uses these skills with patients as she places a large focus on holistic health. Holistic health is caring for the ‘whole’ person. It’s about caring for a patient’s physical, mental, spiritual, and social needs. All these aspects affect our overall health.

Her experience as a Chiropractor coupled with her shared passion for exercise led to her journey to establish a Wellness Studio that offers the locals a place to help heal their body and mind, promoting a higher level of wellness.

Virginia Fric
Lead Pilates Instructor

Virginia began her love of movement through the artistic expression of dance. From an early age and for many years she practiced, studied, and taught many forms of dance. Through her own personal practice and enjoyment over many years with Pilates, it was that love of full-body movement, strength, body alignment and physical endurance that Pilates provided, that inspired her to complete her Certificate IV in reformer and mat Pilates.

To be able to do what she loves and share it with others, is ultimately why she made the decision to become a Pilates instructor.
