Virginia began her love of movement through the artistic expression of dance. From an early age and for many years she practiced, studied, and taught many forms of dance. Through her own personal practice and enjoyment over many years with Pilates, it was that love of full-body movement, strength, body alignment and physical endurance that Pilates provided, that inspired her to complete her Certificate IV in reformer and mat Pilates. To be able to do what she loves and share it with others, is ultimately why she made the decision to become a Pilates instructor.
