Dr. Joanna Ngo is a graduate of RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Science and Masters in Clinical Chiropractic. She is dedicated to caring for her patients, from new babies, athletes, office workers and everyone in between. Dr Jo utilises a variety of techniques depending on the specific needs or each patient, including soft tissue therapy, dry needling and cupping, activator, Sacro-occipital technique (S.O.T) and spinal manipulation. Postural strengthening, stretches and exercise are also an important feature in her care, to help patients achieve greater health and wellbeing.
Jo’s interest in Pilates came from understanding the importance of exercise as a tool for long-term rehabilitation in musculoskeletal care. She strives to teach her patients the skills to strengthen their bodies, correct weaknesses, enhance core strength and postural alignment, and strengthen their pelvic floor. She uses her personal experience to give her clients a challenging workout whilst still addressing the essential Pilates principles. Jo is available for Pilates Reformer Sessions 4:1, Pilates Private One on One Sessions 1:1 and Pilates Mat Work.
