Chiroease Wellness Studio is proud to be the first chiro, yoga and pilates offering in Australia. We heat our studio to core body temperature (38`C), which aids flexibility and muscular control without any risk to the body. We are the only studio in the West that offers you a purpose to help align and shape your mind and body while remaining gentle on the environment.
Chiroease’s intelligent fresh air system is the finest heating panels available. The air is lighter and fresher when exercising, encouraging freer, stronger and grounded movements. It removes carbon dioxides from the room while preventing dust or fungus build up. We make sure of this is to create a cleaner experience; that pleasure of going on a journey in your practice without having to worry about smells or hygiene. The Mind and Body Discipline of Hot Yoga
Hot Yoga at Chiroease is a series of twenty-six Hatha Yoga postures and two Pranayama breathing techniques designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. During this 60-minute class, you will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in the entire body, giving you an incredible sense of well being.

Chiroease Wellness Studio is proud to be the first Chiropractic, Yoga and Pilates Centre offering in Australia. Our Wellness studio offers you a purpose to help align and shape your mind and body. We offer various classes per week at different times, ranging from heated to non-heated, Hatha, Vinyasa, slow to fast flow, Yin and Yoga Nidra meditation to pilates classes. Our range of classes cater for the whole community, so there is always a class for you! First time beginners are welcome in all classes! Our hands on teacher development approach is unsurpassed, setting us apart from other studios. We provide a quality individual and group experience for every yogi. Our practitioners offer beginner tips for our newcomers in each class, as well as accommodations for those with any ailments. We truly believe that if you do the best you can, however much or little that may be, that you will receive the benefits. Whatever your age, injury or prior yoga experience (if any at all), yoga will benefit your body and mind in ways you never imagined possible!
