Christopher Christou grew up in Melbourne, Australia. Since young he has competed at International level in such sports as Jiujitsu, Athletics, Basketball & Football. Chris also studied Anatomy, Physical Education & Nutritional Therapy. His background in the fitness industry has given him much experience in helping people find their true potential. Chris offers courage & confidence to those who want to find more belief within themselves.
Chris is a qualified Yoga teacher who has traveled & studied around the world at many schools & Ashrams, such as Vikasa Yoga, Siddhi Yoga, Himalayan Iyengar school centre. He is also a Reiki Master.
As a professional Brazilian JiuJitsu athlete, he enjoys seeking a strong, controlled calmness in his class. Through personal daily practise, Chris has found more strength, flexibility, increased recovery, body awareness & overall balanced lifestyle.
