Yoga Class Schedule

In order to sign up for our classes online you will need to login to your MindBody account. If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to register.  MindBody Online is a simple way to sign up and pay for classes and private sessions online. You may also sign up for classes in person or by calling 9391-1102.

Please note that all Reformer/Clinical Pilates sessions (Private and Group sessions) are NOT included in class packages.  These sessions are purchased separately at the studio.

Yoga and Mat Pilates classes are included in class packages.
